We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges or cancellations on handmade or personalized products.
All handmade and personalized items are made to order, therefore, no two items are identical and may contain slight imperfections. I do strive however for your custom creation to be as perfect as possible.
Customer satisfaction is my top priority.
We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. You will receiving tracking information once shipped. Once your order has shipped we are not responsible for shipping delays. If your order has damages or is lost please notify me and I can file a claim on your behalf.
Please note at this time shipping is around 4-6 weeks once your order has been processed due to the volume of orders. Shipping time may vary depending on the number of orders being processed.
Custom Tumbler Orders
Unfortunately due to the nature of custom work no refunds or exchanges will be offered once the production of your custom item has been started. You will be contacted for approval of design and colors along the way so that we ensure that your custom orders are exactly how you are envisioning.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
